Dear Mandi,

Please could you send me the photo(s) and inscription for Abernethy 190 (William Forbes is my 4x g. grandfather).
Also, do you have any information on the inscription that was on the previously recorded stone Abernethy NP 54?

Thank you for help,

Anthony

This is an amazing resource for which, like many others, I am very grateful. Would it be possible to add sketch maps/plans of the graveyards to be able to identify the plots and their relationship to one another more easily please? Also is there any date or information for the previous recording of gravestones in Kincardine churchyard to know when they were covered or became illegible. There are several interrelated Stewarts/Stuarts, Smiths and Grants et al here whose inscriptions are no longer legible apparently. Tantalizing but nevertheless very good to have even this much information. Thanks for this amazing archive. If it has been done by one person alone it is truly monumental!

I had a go at mapping the graveyards as I went but found this was not my talent so gave that up. Which Kincadine are you looking at (There are a couple). And yes I am one person :)

There's a listing, in blue, for a Simon Fraser, died 1886, in the Drumtemple Cemetery. When I clicked on it it took me to a picture. Is there a record on any stone inscription that may be available?

Thanks.

I'd appreciate a photo of my 4th great grandparents, if possible. They are Peter Robertson and Janet McGregor, buried in Old Kilmorack churchyard. Peter died in 1842 aged 59. I see an entry for them but no stone #.

Thanks to anyone who can help --
